Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order we will ship is 100.00 USD.

Do I need to provide any information when I order?
Yes, we a wholesale distributor selling goods to legitimate businesses for resale only. On your first order you will be asked for your state tax identification information to set up your account with us.

What about shipping?
All prices listed are FOB Memphis. We can ship UPS or by the pallet. We recommend that all dollar store goods are shipped by the pallet for the freight savings. All payment is due upon delivery

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if there is damage in transit. Returns will be credit only and good for 20 business days. The customer is responsible for all return charges. There are no cash refunds.

Do you do special orders?
Special orders are done with sufficient quantity orders only. A representative sample will be required to ensure that the quality of the good being imported is comparable. A non-refundable deposit will be required on special orders. NO COUNTERFEIT (Infringed trademark) OR ILLEGAL (non-red tipped airsoft guns, etc) ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
